How do I place a hold in the library catalog?

Holds may be placed on items in the library catalog and can be filled by any of the HELM libraries. Some items may not be available to request, for example new items.
- When you find an item to request, click the Place Hold button located on the right side of the page.
- Log in with your 14-digit library barcode and 8-digit birthday.
- Choose a pick up location, then click on the Confirm Hold button. Once you place a hold, the system will let you know if it was successful.
