How do I resolve a library hold on my student account?
Answer
If you have a hold on your student account placed by the library, it is because your library account has overdue items or an outstanding charge for books or fees.
To resolve a library hold, you need to return the materials that are overdue, or pay the charges you have incurred. You may return overdue items to either campus library, and inform a staff member that you have a hold on your account. If all overdue items have been returned, the hold will be released.
