What do I do if I am locked out of my NECC account?

Answer

From the NECC email login screen, follow the prompts after clicking on the "Can't access your account?" link. If you need further assistance, contact the IT Client Help Desk at (978) 556-3111 or email servicedesk@necc.mass.edu.
