How do I create or cancel an appointment with a librarian?

Answer

We are now using Navigate (https://necc.navigate.eab.com/) to book all appointments. You can book appointments in Haverhill, Lawrence, or virtual via Zoom.

Call Haverhill at 978-556-3401 or Lawrence at 978-738-7400 if you have any issues booking.
