What do I do if I am locked out of my NECC account?

Click on the link for the NECC email login screen and follow the prompts after clicking on the "Can't access your account?" link. If you need further assistance, contact the IT Client Help Desk at (978) 556-3111 or servicedesk@necc.mass.edu.
